Mentee Book Reports

This email is to inform all concerned about student book reports to be given this Saturday, December 16th and the Mentor Training for new mentors for the next Cohort program.  You are receiving this message because you are (1) a current mentor; (2) a new mentor; (3) Archon in Beta Nu who supports the program an indicated the possibility of resources you can provide to help make the program a success or (4) you can provide part-time assistance.

 

THE SESSIONS ARE PLANNED FOR SATURDAY, DECEMBER 16, 2006 AT 211 N. UNION STREET, ALEXANDRIA, VIRGINIA. THE PHONE NUMBER IS 703-519-1290 OR YOU MAY REACH ARCHON GILLESPIE AT 703-519-1290 OR ARCHON WARREN AT 703-915-1336 WHEN SEEKING ENTRY TO THE SECURE PARKING AREA AT THE MEETING LOCATION.

 

HERE IS THE SCHEDULE FOR SATURDAY;

 

0900 - 1230 hours will be for the mentees to present their book reports.

 

1:00 p.m - 3:30 p.m. is devoted to new Mentor Training Orientation.

 

PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOUR MENTEE IS AT THE LOCATION NOT LATER THAN 8:45 A.M. SO WE CAN BEGIN PROMPTLY. THE ARCHONS RECEIVING THE TRAINING ORIENTATION ARE INVITED TO COME AND OBSERVE THE BOOK REPORTS, MEET YOUR MENTEE AND REMAIN TORECEIVE THE TRAINING ORIENTATION. WE ARE ALSO INVITING THE NEW MENTEES TO OBSERVE THE OLD MENTEES GIVING THEIR BOOK REPORTS. WITH EVERYONE BEING THERE BY 0845, WE CAN START THINGS OFF WITH A BANG.
